Our story begins back in the vibrant 80s when John Griffiths Plumbing first emerged onto the scene, laying the foundation for excellence in the industry. It was during this time that a young apprentice named Brett Matthews began his journey, honing his craft and passion for plumbing.

Fast forward to the early 90s, a pivotal period where Brett’s dedication and skill flourished, earning him the respect of his peers and mentors. In 1998, Bear was born as Brett stepped into a partnership with John, marking the beginning of a remarkable chapter.

As the years progressed, so did the legacy of Bear Plumbing. In the early 2000s, a bright-eyed apprentice named Andy joined the ranks, bringing fresh perspective and energy to the team. Through dedication and hard work, Andy ascended the ranks, eventually becoming Brett’s trusted business partner in 2013.

Now, with over 30 years of experience and passion, Brett and Andy stand as the esteemed directors of Bear Plumbing, steering the company with unwavering commitment and expertise.
